Dr. Anton Steiger is a licensed professional counselor with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology. He specializes in existential and narrative therapy, helping clients process grief, trauma, and other life-altering experiences. Anton’s current focus is supporting children and young adults as they navigate identity, loss, and emotional growth.

With over seven years of clinical experience, Anton began his career working with youth and adults and later served emergency responders through trauma-informed care. He is specially trained in sandtray and play therapy, offering creative, developmentally appropriate tools for younger clients to express themselves safely and authentically, as well as a variety of trauma- and meaning-making informed therapeutic approaches for more mature individuals.

Anton believes that the language we use to describe ourselves profoundly shapes how we experience the world. In therapy, he creates a compassionate space where clients can explore their personal stories and reimagine them in a healthier, kinder, more empowering light.
